How much space do you need?

Most of our carts require approximately a 5' × 5' operating space.

If you're unsure whether your venue has enough room, just let us know, we're happy to help determine the best setup.

Do you require power?

Most of our carts require access to a standard dedicated 110V electrical outlet.

If your event is outdoors and power isn't available, we can often provide a generator for an additional fee.

How early do you arrive?

We typically arrive 30–60 minutes before service to allow plenty of time for setup so everything is ready before your guests arrive.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.

Nuage is fully licensed, insured, and permitted to operate throughout Southern Nevada. Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are available upon request.

Do you work with event planners and venues?

Absolutely.

We frequently work alongside event planners, wedding planners, convention organizers, venues, hotels, and production companies. We're happy to coordinate directly with your team to make the process seamless.

Can you accommodate large corporate events?

Yes.

Large-scale events are one of our specialties. We've served everything from intimate executive gatherings to conventions with thousands of attendees.

If speed is important, we can recommend the best setup and staffing to keep lines moving efficiently.

Do you travel?

Yes.

We proudly serve Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and surrounding areas. Travel outside our standard service area include an additional travel fee.

Do you offer tastings?

For select services and larger custom events, tastings may be available upon request.

How do I reserve my date?

A 50% deposit are required to officially reserve your event date.

Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

When is the final payment due?

The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event, unless otherwise specified on your proposal.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made 30 days or more before your event.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular dates book quickly, especially during spring and fall.

We recommend booking 1–3 months in advance whenever possible. For large conventions or corporate activations, booking even earlier is encouraged.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online invoicing system.
