We are Laure and Jean-Francois Thibeault, a husband-and-wife duo based in Las Vegas, NV driven by our love of mingling, spreading joy, and creating memories that linger.

Our Nuage cotton candy story started during a trip to France. While strolling around a summer festival, there was a cotton candy kiosk with a sweet smell floating up in the air that instantly brought back many childhood memories! A line of people patiently waiting to get their cotton candy was proof that we weren't the only ones feeling nostalgic.

This 'ah-ha' moment led to the founding of Nuage Cotton Candy in 2019.

Uniqueness matters to us. That's why we personally design our carts, ensuring they reflect our taste for beauty and simplicity. Recently, our fleet welcomed two new members: the hot cocoa cart and the popsicle cart, further enhancing your experience!
