We have been serving freshly spun cotton candy for weddings, receptions, corporate events and parties since 2019. We have established a reputation for excellence and we are licensed, insured and certified, to give you the peace of mind you deserve for your event.

What type of parties are Nuage specialty?

Whether it is a baby shower, corporate event, children’s birthday, family gathering, store opening, music festival, birthday bash, wedding reception, bat/bar mitzvah, sweet sixteen, premiere, you name it, Nuage has it covered.

How big is your cart and set up?

Our Nuage Cart needs a 5’X5’ space for our spinning artist to operate in.
 

How long does it take to set up and take down?

We can set up and take down on-location quickly. We request access to an event site 30 minutes prior to the start of your event.
 

Does Nuage require services on-site?

Please ensure Nuage has access to power and elevator access to upper floors.
 

Will Nuage work with my Event Planners or Wedding Vendors?

Yes! Nuage is happy to work with your event planner, wedding planner, vendors, and location. Put us in touch with them and we will take it from there to make sure your event runs smoothly!
 

What can Nuage customize?

Nuage offers options to customize our cart, toppings, flavors and our party favors. Let us know your event theme or colours and budget we will personalize our services accordingly! We love getting creative so let’s play!
 

Does nuage able to accomodate parties in local parks?

Nuage is able to accommodate parties in local parks. However, some locations will allow access to a power outlet, and some parks will require the use of a generator. In this case, we will bring ours for an extra fee.

Do you offer tasting?

Yes. Private tastings are offered if requested as part of our custom package. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit and debit card payments through our online booking system.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We are currently booking throughout 2024! We recommend contacting us 1-2 months in advance of your event to secure your event date. Event dates are not guaranteed until receipt of your deposit. We look forward to your event!
